This six hour class helps you navigate the wonders of birthing your baby at out of the hospital. We discuss comfort measures, envisioning your birth space, hospital transfers, the fourth trimester, and so much more! Light snacks will be provided.

“Your Empowered Birth (hospital class)”

2 PM - 6 PM

Saturdays, November 2nd & 9th, 2024

This 8 hour class (4 hours each session) covers everything from early labor, how to cope with labor, pain medication options, informed consent, common interventions and why they are used (and how to decipher the pros and cons of them), pushing positions, baby basics, and the 4th trimester!

$225 per couple
