To simply put it Abby is amazing, deeply committed, and one of the most genuine souls I've ever met!!My bf and I are so grateful she took on the role. Abby came to my house where I was laboring and provided so much support, care and love. She massaged me, created a calm environment, and assisted my bf in helping me labor. When we arrived to the hospital I was barely dilated, but couldn't leave due to my blood pressure being high. Abby stayed with us the entire time.

She did numerous comfort measures, massages, and talks to help me deal with the pain. I honestly don't think I could have done it without her. While my goal was to go unmedicated due to not progressing and pain intensifying I decided to get an epidural. Abby made sure to reaffirm my confidence and ensure I didn't feel disappointed about deviating from my original plan. When Abby was called for a family emergency, she was still so concerned about me, making sure I was ok, checking in on me and providing a back up doula. That goes to show you the level of commitment she has. This isn't a job for her, you know she truly loves it!

I love Abby so much I've even asked her to provide post partum doula services. My bf and I trust Abby wholeheartedly that we had no qualms about passing our son over to her so I could get some rest and my bf could prepare for his exam. During the few hours she was here she accomplished so much and I was peacefully asleep. I woke up to a cleaned kitchen, bathroom, folded laundry, postpartum supplies prepared, etc. Abby just brings so much peace, love and trust! I am eternally grateful and consider her more than just my doula but a true friend! I wish every mother has someone as supportive and loving as Abby with them!
